May 1st: Artist notification of acceptance into the exhibition

June 5: Delivery of Art Work

June 7: Opening Event

• 6:00pm to 9:00pm
• Free and open to the public; entertainment; catered food and bar; cash prizes will be awarded

June 7-10: Run of the Show

• Free and open to the public noon to 9pm, noon to 6pm on Sunday

June 11: Pick up unsold work at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center
